MedCity is an enabler, positioning London and the greater South East of England as a gateway to the UK for life sciences research, development, manufacturing and commercialisation. The organisation plays a pivotal role in bridging industry, NHS and academia.
In 2018 MedCity’s work in supporting digital health SMEs evolved further with a joint initiative with NICE, NHS England, Public Health England and Digital Health.London to produce evidence standards for digital health technologies. These standards set out what good levels of evidence for these technologies look like to help both innovators and commissioners. MedCity continues to be responsible for industry and stakeholder engagement as the standards move through various iterations and become recognised nationally and globally.
By the end of the day, you'll:
- Strategise and speed up the development of your product/service;
- Identify what you need to build an evidence-base for your product/service
- Refine your business model using your funding & commercial model knowledge

Immersive tech is helping storytellers to communicate in new and unique ways. Immersion into a scene or story - such as through the use of Virtual Reality or 360º Immersive Film - engages the audience at a level that's incomparable to traditional film and TV.
Besides its effect on the audience, immersive tech is changing the Visual Effects (VFX) and post-production pipeline through Virtual Production processes. Virtual Production processes allow directors and VFX supervisors to preview, plan and review shots faster than ever before.
ACE IT can support the development of VR pipeline facilities and technical expertise for your startup. With this help, you can widen your audience and gain opportunities to secure more abitious contracts.
